The Chrysalis is ideally located in the 'new city' of Milton Keynes. Central between London, Oxford, Cambridge and Birmingham it has become notable for its exceptional transport connections, American-style grid-road system, many roundabouts and Concrete Cows.

The Chrysalis is a part of the Camphill Milton Keynes Community, a community where adults with learning disabilties live with the support of international co-workers, and are encouraged to lead an active lifestyle and integrate with the wider public.

Visit The Chrysalis by Car:

The Chrysalis is located just 3 minutes from Junction 14 of the M1 motorway which runs from London to Leeds. Its address is Japonica Lane, Willen Park South, MK15 9JY. When departing the M1, turn left onto the A509. At the Northfield roundabout, turn right (the 3rd exit) onto Portway/A509. Go straight on at the next roundabout (2nd exit). At the next roundabout, turn right (the 3rd exit) onto Brickhill Street. We recommend that you park your car in the Peace Pagoda car park (the first right). The Chrysalis can then be accessed by crossing the road via the footbridge (a 3 minute walk). Disabled car parking is available closer to the theatre itself.

Visit The Chrysalis by Train:

Milton Keynes Central train station is central to the city with easy transfer by taxi or bus. It is serviced by both Virgin and London Midland mainline trains and has frequent trains running between it and London Euston at one end, and Birmingham New Street at the other. To book train tickets in advance, visit the National Rail website or associated advance online booking resources.

Visit The Chrysalis by Coach:

Milton Keynes coach and bus station facilities have recently been updated. The main coach service is provided by National Express, with links across the country.

Visit The Chrysalis by Bus:

The nearest bus stop is the Newlands Pagoda Roundabout West (East-Bound), or the Willen Local Centre bus stop. Most of the bus services are now run by Arriva.

Visit The Chrysalis by Bicycle:

Milton Keynes is popular for its many 'redways', criss-crossing paths that allow both pedestrians and cyclists to travel side-by-side. The Chrysalis, therefore, has ideal access facilities for both cyclists and pedestrians. Take a look at MK Web's map of redways, where we're located in cell F4.
